La version 24V atteint une chute de tension typique de <0.3V at the ends of a 5m roll, with a brightness drop of <10%, ensuring uniform brightness across the entire roll. For long traces, double-ended power supply or parallel segmented wiring is recommended to further reduce voltage drop and meet uniformity standards for display and window applications.
Cutting pitch: 50mm for 24V and 25mm for 12V. Minimum bend radius: ≈30mm. PCB widths are available in 8/10mm, compatible with common aluminum profiles and diffusers. The backing adhesive is 3M 300LSE with a peel strength of ≥20N/25mm. Clips and terminal caps are included, allowing for quick prototyping of complex corners and unusually shaped paths.
For dry indoor areas, choose IP20 bare boards, prioritizing protection and heat dissipation. For humid or semi-outdoor environments, choose IP65 potting adhesive. For dusty and occasional water splashes, choose IP67 extruded silicone rubber. Anti-yellowing ΔYI <3, operating temperature -20°C to +50°C, storage -40°C to +80°C. This meets the reliability requirements of chain stores and outdoor festivals.
Supports PWM dimming with a frequency of ≥4kHz, eliminating visible flicker during camera framing. Compatible with 0–10V, DALI, and DMX512 protocols. Brightness is linearly adjustable from 0–100%, with no flicker at low brightness levels, making it ideal for subtle "breathing" effects and fade-in/fade-out animation programming in display cases and wayfinding systems.
The Green LED Strip utilizes high-quality LEDs that have passed LM-80 testing, with a system lifespan of >50,000 hours (L70). The entire series utilizes high-thermal conductivity adhesive and double-layer copper cladding for low thermal resistance and slow light decay. This ensures stable operation for long-term nighttime lighting, reducing maintenance and the risk of downtime.
The entire Green LED Strip complies with CE/EMC and RoHS 2.0, and the outer sheath material achieves UL94-V0 flame retardancy. Port polarity is clearly indicated, and the insulation withstand voltage exceeds 500V DC. Bulk shipments include a test report and a serialized tracking barcode for easy project acceptance and after-sales management.
Available U-shaped, beveled, or narrow-edge aluminum profiles and acrylic diffusers provide uniform light diffusion and controllable shadows. The narrow-slit profile's light outlet is ≤6mm, creating a "light coming through the slit" effect. The wall-washing type light distribution system can bring light to the wall 300–500mm away, creating a soft "light band" and enhancing the spatial depth.
Standard 5m/10m rolls are available, with common power and IP ratings available for stock and adjustment. OEM labeling, pre-cut to specified lengths, custom cable ends, and exclusive packaging and leaflet packaging are supported. Standard delivery time is 15–20 days; for urgent orders, partial shipments are available.
Integrate a green LED strip into the bedside soft padding or wooden light troughs. The soft green light reduces visual tension and is ideal for low-light sleep. Invisible wiring reduces direct glare, making it easy to capture photos with mobile phones and share on social media, increasing booking conversions for homestays and model apartments.
Direction lighting along the TV wall's back frame or gaps in the wall panels creates a uniform rear projection halo, reducing the contrast between the screen and the surrounding brightness, making long viewing sessions more comfortable. Linked with the sound and light system, it can create rhythmic music and scene transitions, enhancing the immersive experience.
Installed beneath wall cabinets, it illuminates countertop work areas. The Green LED Strip distinguishes movement and food preparation areas, providing clear vision at night. Adhesive design takes up little space, is oil-resistant, and easy to wipe, perfectly complementing the hidden lighting concept of modern minimalist kitchens.
It creates a uniform contour light behind the mirror cabinet, minimizing facial shadows and achieving both decorative and functional benefits. Choose the IP65 version of the Green LED Strip to combat moisture and, with low-brightness settings, can function as a night light, enhancing the quality of ensuite bathrooms in high-end apartments and boutique hotels.
Applying Green LED Strips to the inside of a balcony or along the bottom edge of a railing creates a "floating boundary" at night, enhancing facade recognition. For semi-outdoor use, the IP65/67 version is recommended, offering UV and temperature resistance and can be linked to smart scene notifications for homecoming.
